Wedding Couple Editorial Portrait:

We are starting the new year with some new backdrops to offer our clients! Here is our first portrait taken against our blue-green hand painted canvas. If you are looking for a bit of character in your photo, this background choice may be worth considering.

It adds an editorial touch, and with various props and chairs to choose from you can personalize the shoot to your liking. Feel free to bring your own props too like your favourite mug, books—or even your pet ! We love how this bright flower bouquet pops against the grey background.

Couple and Family Portrait in the Studio:

/ / / / / pets are welcome!

Complete your family portrait and bring your pets along for the fun! Make the photo comes alive with the addition of your furry friend. How cute does this couple look with their new baby along the way, and their current baby, Benji the husky pup?

For couple photoshoots, one tip we have is to consider matching the outfit with your partner. It doesn't have to be straight forward matchy matchy, but rather a similarity in the tone of style is key (for example casual, formal, or semi-formal) should always be taken into consideration.

Couple Portrait Photography

Here's snapshot from a lovely young couple who wanted some a professional studio portrait. Kyle actually booked the shoot in secret to purchase as a surprise gift! Without even knowing she was getting ready for a photoshoot, everything turned out well in the end and the couple looked sharp against a softly lit white backdrop.

Engagement Portrait

Tannika and Devesh were wrapping up the finishing touches on their pre wedding plans, which included a trip to the photo studio for an engagement portrait session. With their Exclusive Group Package, they received 5 final edited photos, however they ended up picking 16 extra images.

In cases like these, the typical 2 week wait time would be extended by 1 week to compensate for the extra time needed in the retouching process. Since their wedding was just around the corner, they asked if they could get 2 images earlier than the determined wait time—it was definitely doable!
