Spice up your photoshoot with the use of props! We have no limitations on what you can bring to add some liveliness to your portrait. Even for business portraits, we often have had people bringing in something related to their profession to add a personable touch such as their notebook, favourite mug, or pair of sunglasses. Here’s a casual portrait that was from a company who conceptually depicted what their staff do on their days off from work.
LinkedIn Business Corporate Professional Headshots
Natalie needed a headshot urgently for her company profile and LinkedIn. She emailed us only a couple days ago looking to book something as soon as possible. Thankfully with our quick Minimal Package (and little extra boost with our priority editing) she was able to get her photo within 24 hours, by the next day!
Open daily from 9am - 9pm, we make it easy to schedule your photoshoot. Give us a call for information on next day availability. Business headshots and Linkedin portraits have never been easier to check off your to do list!

We shot Roni the other day, an actor amongst other things, who booked our Complete Package with unlimited outfit changes. He wanted to cover a business look during his session, so we tried this modern tieless modern and urban look. We love how the black background really sets a moody tone without him having too strong of an expression to convey that. And we always love a crisp white shirt to energize the image and provide some clean colour blocking!

Lina emailed us enquiring to get a quick LinkedIn headshot. She had attached a photo in her email depicting the lighting style she liked in someone else’s portrait. We love changing things up, so we always encourage you to customize your session if you have something particular in mind. After analyzing the reference image she sent, our photographer Yugo recreated the lighting setup. Let’s see if you spot the difference between this shot and our regular LinkedIn headshots!

We get it, you’re busy, and don’t always have the time to answer our photography jargon filled questions and customize your session like you’re at Starbucks. If it’s too much to even think about the lighting and background style you’d like, no sweat! Simply choose the option to leave it on us. We’ve taken enough headshots to know the best studio set up to get the photoshoot that suits you the best.
Here’s an example of our favourite background to use for just this scenario, the alternative classic, light grey. Most clothing and skin tones will blend well with this colour. It’s suggested you wear something bright or dark for a pop of contrast, like this crisp collared shirt that Fatima opted for in her LinkedIn headshot the other day.

Amp up your corporate and business headshots with the use of our many photography props! Sleek and black, this tall stool is subtle enough to blend into most backgrounds, all the while giving you a bit of a lift. With a bit of elevation, your legs appear more casual and relaxed, which there fore comes across on the expression in your portrait. Although not recommend for your main LinkedIn headshot, it’s still a great option to have if you’re booking anything from our Standard Package upwards. Feel free to try it out for a couple photos—it’s your photoshoot so play around with it!

When applying to a modelling agency, though it’s not necessary, we do encourage you to get your feet wet and try out a photoshoot before you commit to any contractual agreements with agencies just yet. Here’s a shot from a diy portfolio session where you come “set ready” with your own hair, makeup, and wardrobe. Black and white photographs are always recommended, as well as fashion that has black and white elements making for a strong impression. Ask our advice if you want to see examples of what to wear on the day of your photoshoot!
