Tom was being honoured for an award in the mining industry. The planning committee required him to send in an updated headshot which would be displayed in the presentation, as well as in print and online. Since the photo was going to be used in several mediums, we sent him the final edited image in several different sizes for his convenience. The standard size we send all our clients is the full resolution image—large enough to print on a billboard if you desire!

Most websites automatically resize photos such as Linkedin or Facebook, however occasionally you may come across outdated software that requires you to resize prior to uploading. If you ever need assistance in sizing, even long after your photoshoot, please don't hesitate to ask for our help.

Darren just started his new job and wasn't able to use the headshot he had used at his previous job. He was sent to us by his company to get an updated headshot for marketing and online media. We know that getting your photo is not the easiest experience, so we offer a choice of standing or sitting portrait depending on your comfort level. Darren tried a couple of rounds sitting down, but felt standing was more natural for him. The main focus of the photoshoot is for you to feel comfortable, which gives you an end result that looks like you and feels like you!

Tania was starting her job in a week and needed to have her portrait taken to be listed on the staff page on her company's website. Like most people, she didn't like having her photo taken and wanted it to be over as soon as possible. She got our Quick Package and we ended up only shooting for 10 minutes. Nonetheless, there were still many photos for her to choose from, and she ended up letting us pick her final image as even the selection process was uncomfortable! It's times like these we joke that coming to our studio is as nerve-wracking for some people as going to the dentist :-)

Scott needed a photo to submit to his work that was due the same day as his photoshoot. Luckily he was able to convince his company to be flexible with the submission. He added a rush order on one of his images, which gave him the photo within 1 day or less of his selection time. The rest of Scott's images were delivered in the normal time frame of 1 week for Standard Packages.

Patrick was being honoured for an award and needed a photo to be included in the ceremony.
We tried on several outfits, but in the end, the red and blue combo complemented his eye colour and was undeniably the best look. So much to the point that he selected his final 3 images all from this particular outfit!

If you need help with styling for your headshot, we will gladly answer any questions you may have. Bring your whole wardrobe, have exactly 3 outfits, or simply bring a couple of tie options, the choice is up to you.

Doug was sent to us by his company that asked him to submit a headshot for their website.
More and more companies are realizing just how important it is to focus on their brand identity. One way of doing that is by displaying staff profiles and/or portraits online, which makes it easier for clients to connect with them even prior to deciding anything else about the company. These days photos make the first impression, and we do our best to make sure yours is a great one.

John needed to get his portrait taken for work. Not to our surprise, he was a little intimidated by the whole photoshoot process. After a warm up round, his expression became more natural, and he was able to lose himself to the moment. He got the Quick Package since he only needed 1 photo for work and was only looking to get one outfit change.

Dolly is a real estate agent who needed to update her headshot for her promotional goods and business cards. Her current material had an outdated photo on them, and looked too much like a snapshot. We suggested getting a white background since it is the easiest way to naturally clip an image when it's being used to design marketing materials.
