Sheldon was looking to update his website and business cards. He had his professional portrait taken several times before, but decided to try a different photographer this time. Since he wanted to use the photos in a few mediums, Sheldon chose the Standard package and experimented posing for a 3/4 length standing shot as well as the classic horizontal portrait. Instead of changing his entire outfit, he created variation by having some shots with and with out glasses. Here's our favourite shot from the session!
Professional Business Portrait
Donna was looking to switch jobs and get into the real estate market. She wanted a friendly portrait where she was smiling naturally. Donna got the Standard Package, so it gave her up to 1 hour of shooting and plenty of time to warm up to the camera.
It's definitely not an easy task for most to behave naturally when told to smile on command. In order to ensure we get a shot of you comfortably gleaming, we take many rounds and give you advice about what to focus on (or not focus on) along the way.
Professional Realtor Headshot
Suganja was looking to get a professional portrait as she had recently taken an interest in the real estate industry. She needed photos for her website, LinkedIn, and for marketing materials, so she chose to go for the Standard Package. She also added Hair Services to make sure everything in the image looked on point.
Hair Services are an additional cost of $50 and require ideally 1 week notice. Please note summer is the high season for all makeup artists due to wedding events, and all bookings should generally be 1 week in advance.
Staff Company Headshot
Steven is a math professor at U of T who needed a profile photo for his faculty page. He normally wears glasses, but we asked him if he was interested taking a couple photos without them on to add variation. Though he felt like more like himself with the glasses, to our surprise his final selection was a shot with out them!
It's no problem for us to take your portrait with and with out glasses, but we always need to know ahead of time as it requires a different lighting setup to avoid glare on the lenses.
Professional Acting Headshot
Tyler was looking to get back into the film industry and needed some updated headshots in order to register his acting profile online. Tyler chose the Standard Package and brought several outfit changes. In the end, he loved the charcoal shirt so much he decided to select 3 images of the same outfit change, with different expressions in each shot.
Though most people tend to choose 3 photos based on 3 different outfits, it's also useful to have a variety of expressions if you're planning on submitting for different roles. As an actor, you want to be able to choose the photo that's appropriate for the part whether that be a serious headshot or a more lighthearted one.

Carol Ann is an aspiring actress taking enrolled in acting school. She needed a variety of headshots to use when submitting to student films. She ended up getting the Standard package, which includes up to one hour of shooting. The extended time gave her more rounds of shooting so she was able to warm up in front of the camera.
Everyone has a different comfort level with getting their picture taken. That's why we offer flexible packages so you can choose the one that suits you best. Custom packages also available by request.
Business Corporate Headshots
Michelle is a financial advisor that required a headshot for her company profile. Financial advisors are naturally upbeat and friendly people, it's important for them to connect to their clientele. Thus it was necessary that Michelle get a photo that presents her approachable nature. Michelle was a natural in front of the camera, so the Quick Package ended up providing the perfect amount of time to get one photo with one outfit.
If you are unsure of which package is right for you, let us know the intention of your shoot, and your comfort level infront of the camera. We often recommend the Standard Package for those who need time to warm up and relax in front of the camera.

Madison is a recent hire at a financial company. She needed a friendly photo that could be displayed online on her company's website. Other than this being the first professional photo session she's had, she was most nervous about her smile and how it would turn out on camera. We know it is not a natural situation, so we try and help out by encouraging you to try many types of smiles and keep shooting until you find some you're happy with.
Even if you don't think anything in the photo is changing from shot to shot, you'd be amazed when looking at the results! We're confident you can find one that feels natural and right for your profile picture
