Realtor Corporate Headshots:
/ / / / / White background for real estate photos
At first thought, a white background may feel tacky due to the fact we’ve all seen it used one too many times. Though it is the industry standard, and our general rule of thumb to suggest standing out rather than blending in, we believe that there are no bad background options and should be decided based on the final intention of the images.
In this case, we shot against a white background after consulting with the client’s needs. He mentioned he needed images that would be ready to “clip” by his graphic designer. Clipping is a common technique for real estate portraits whereby the subject is removed from the background, which tends to be useful for marketing materials and branding.
